Extra workspaces
Pro includes one workspace. Each extra isolated workspace is AED 990 a month (AED 9,900 a year) under the same payer and team, with its own five-programme limit. Enterprise includes the workspaces in its contract.
Operators
Operators are counted once across all of a payer's workspaces. Auditors and viewers are always free.
AI and reports
Pro includes 1,000 AI credits a month and Enterprise 4,000, with top-ups available. Buying credits never unlocks branding or Enterprise features.
Enterprise
Enterprise is priced for your locations, programmes, visit volume and support needs on an annual agreement. Our sales team sets the workspace up for you, ready for your team.
Trial
Pro is free for 14 days. If you don't choose a paid plan, the workspace moves to Starter: nothing is deleted and every result stays readable.
Who pays the auditors?
You set the fee per scenario. We pay the auditors in a weekly run and bill you for approved visits only.
Can we use our own auditors?
Yes. Invite them by email or link, use the Mysterya network, or combine both.
What happens after the trial?
Pro is free for 14 days. Choose a plan to keep it; otherwise the workspace moves to Starter, which is free. Nothing is deleted.
